Without TM Forum’s Business Process Modeler training and knowledge certification, it would have been impossible to consolidate STC's consumer, business and wholesale services on a single platform.

I found the Business Process Fundamentals course to be both enlightening and fascinating. In my experience, the IT world rarely has the opportunity to derive best practice, let alone follow it. To find that “proven” methods for building stability do exist in the IT world was quite refreshing, and I look forward to using the TM Forum’s Business Process Framework in my role.

We strongly recommend the training for associates who are into solution designing/architects. The training helps the resource to gain knowledge in processes, frameworks, domain, architecture designing, identifying solutions, products & customer engagement process.

The training helped us to understand what Frameworx is and is not, and gave us an understanding of how we could employ the standards, the benefits of doing so and even extending it to better fit our context. In particular the custom built training brought in-house is highly recommended if you are running a specific project. The training gave us the opportunity to obtain specific answers and the “how-tos” relevant to our project.

We would recommend the training as it helps to establish a common language to be used with customers and internally and to formulate what we offer not only in terms of application functionality but also business processes and business entities supported.
