GB921DX L4 Process Decompositions v20.0.1

This document is an Addendum to the Business Process Framework. It provides further detail concerning the eTOM through definition of the process elements within the eTOM Business Process Framework, at several levels of detail. This Addendum details the Frameworx domains and provides the Level 4,5,6 and 7 decompositions and descriptions for each of these domains process groupings. This document is organized using the domain groupings as the prime categorization and they cross the SIP and OPS groupings.
